We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Fashion buying team. Previous proven experience of working within a retail Buying environment is essential, as is excellent PC skills including Word and Excel.
The successful candidate will be highly analytical and organised and will also be educated to degree level with strong literacy and numerical skills.
The role involves supporting the Buyer in all aspects of the Buying function, to build the range and trade the department to meet their profit targets and deliver the Fashion strategy. You will need to liaise with suppliers and internal departments and maintain the critical path each season. You will be commercial and aware of external influences and would be expected conduct store visits on the high street and report your findings back to senior members of the team along with suggestions on how we can improve.
