Your new role
The role of the Assistant Manager is to oversee day to day operations of the store. As well as managing the team, you will ensure customers receive a consistently high level of service. In addition to providing day-to-day help to customers, you will contribute to the overall appearance and effectiveness of the operation.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will have a management background within retail/customer service and be passionate about providing an exceptional customer journey. You will be hands on and happy to roll your sleeves up; this is a varied role that requires a candidate to be open minded and happy to help out however possible.
