A passionate retail company based in London is looking for a buying admin assistant to join its team in London. A company that creates joy for its customers creating grounding, stylish and uplifting product.
Currently looking to grow its buying team, looking for an proactive and organised, as well as commercial administrator to join as an BAA to support the women's wear team.
As the BAA you will manage the critical path, and provide support across the team while keeping up to speed on the range, customer and competitors.
- Set-up of new styles and purchase orders
- Ensuring clear communication with the E-commerce team and suppliers
- Responsibility for all sample management, ensuring styles are available for all shoots, events and fit sessions
- Close communication with design, marketing, e-commerce and customer services teams, ensuring clear information is passed on

This role requires relevant experience in a placement /internship in a retail head office environment.
