We have a partnered with a heritage brand to bring on board a CRM manager. The brand is at an exciting period of digital growth and developing out their digital strategy.

The CRM manager will deliver a strategy that aims to capture new customers and enrich the current data. We are looking for someone who is highly analytical and is comfortable and confident handling data, whilst driving strategy across CRM.

*Develop a multi-channel CRM strategy that incorporates emails and loyalty
*Grow the already significant database and manipulate the data to deliver an engaging CRM strategy
*Work with internal stakeholders
