Customer Insight Manager

Our client are a global fashion design and retail business founded in the early ‘70’s. Over the years they have built themselves to be a sought-after brand found in most wardrobes. They have offices globally and employ nearly 4,000 staff with an annual revenue of $3bn.

Currently the business has a very strong wholesale focus – which they are now (like many!) looking to change. To enable them to develop a strong D2C channel, they are looking for a customer first expert to join the business and really help them to fully understand who their customers are and what makes them tick! This role will help the business to ensure everything from its products through to its delivery and everything in between is what their target audience is asking for!

For your application to be successful, you need to come with a retail / consumer background, be strong within ecommerce and have a natural customer focus at all times! This is a brand-new role for a business where you truly will make a huge impact to an already successful business!
