Our clients are are one of the most leading & successful distributors within the UK based just outside Leeds City Centre . They have now created a new position due to the high volume of orders and are seeking a true customer service professional with a proven track record in customer service along with strong administration skills.
You must have a personable personality able to communicate at all levels , ability to remain calm in pressurised situations / environments , always remain well mannered giving the best and highest level of customer experience at all times.
You must be able :
To handle inbound telephone calls and any customer correspondence and deal with accordingly to ensure a swift and effective service is provided to our customers
Manage and process all queries and customer orders received via the email inbox
Organise replacements for damages received on delivery
Liaise with delivery companies for E.T.A.s and other queries
Organise collections for returned orders
We are looking for applicants who have previous administration experience ideally within a customer-orientated environment. You should possess a professional telephone manner and strong interpersonal skills, which will enable you to communicate effectively with people at all levels within our organisation. You must have strong IT skills, proficient in the use of MS Office and able to pick up new IT systems easily. Accuracy, attention to detail and initiative are essential to this role
