Are you currently working as a sales or senior sales assistant for a premium or luxury retailer and would like the opportunity to work in a head office?
My client, a global luxury retailer has an exciting opportunity within their client experience team based in their head office based London.
As the customer service advisor for this iconic global brand, you will be given the opportunity to provide the highest levels of luxury customer service to both their digital and telephone clients. Your responsibilities will also include providing a global service and supporting the team with personal shopping opportunities as well.
Your experience in a customer focused environment either physical or digital and confidence within a customer facing role will give you the advantage you need to excel in this role.
