My client, a global luxury retailer has an exciting opportunity for a customer service advisor to join their in-house client experience team in their head office based in the City of London.
As the customer service advisor for this iconic global brand, you will be given the opportunity to provide the highest levels of luxury customer service to both digital and telephone clients. Your responsibilities will also include providing a global service and supporting the team with personal shopping opportunities as well.
Your experience in a customer focused environment either physical or digital and confidence within a customer facing role will give you the advantage you need to excel in this role.
