This is a great opportunity to lead the team as a Wholesale Customer Service Manager to deliver great service to the wholesale partners. As a dynamic business they are hugely successful and growing constantly therefore a flexible and adaptable approach is key.

The role of a Wholesale Customer Service Manager involves:

  • Managing the order book to meet commercial targets
  • Developing new solutions and strategy to drive service and efficiency
  • Building strong relationships internally and externally
  • Creating reports for stakeholders
  • Performance management

As a Wholesale Customer Service Manager you must have gained experience in a similar wholesale role within a fashion brand and have excellent attention to detail and communication skills. You must be an experienced manager, have project management experience and have an analytical approach.

Microsoft suite and e mail are essential, SAP and logistics knowledge would be advantageous.
