The role of a Wholesale Customer Service Manager involves:

As a Wholesale Customer Service Manager you must have gained experience in a similar wholesale role within a fashion brand and have excellent attention to detail and communication skills. You must be an experienced manager, have project management experience and have an analytical approach.
Microsoft suite and e mail are essential, SAP and logistics knowledge would be advantageous.
