Customer Service Manager - Fashion Brand

Dynamic Customer Service Manager role with a growing fashion brand. Salary up to £32k, generous employee discount and great office culture.

You will oversee the customer service for wholesale, retail and ecommerce and be responsible for managing and mentoring two direct report. You will get to elevate company customer service standards while helping to grow the business.

The Role:

  • Ensure client enquiries are handled through a solution oriented customer service strategy
  • Monitor and report matters regarding quality control to appropriate departments
  • Provide support to customers throughout entire shopping experience (including online experience, product information, checkout, payment options to delivery)
