Your Mission:
As a Designer, you will be instrumental in crafting innovative and commercially viable collections for high-street fashion brands. Your unique blend of creativity, technical skill, and organisation will help shape the future of fashion through casual outerwear collections for women's fashion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Development: Create compelling designs that resonate with current trends and customer preferences.
• Collaborative Creativity: Work closely with the design team to strategize on seasonal color, fabric, and micro-trends.
• Visual Communication: Transform ideas into sketches, technical drawings, and digital illustrations using industry-standard software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with account managers and offshore product development teams to finalise collections and present to clients.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct material tests and oversee sample quality, ensuring products meet high design and production standards.
• Tech Packs & Documentation: Generate detailed tech packs that clearly outline specifications and support offshore teams in achieving design goals.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience in designing for high-street fashion brands with a keen understanding of current trends and consumer demands.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a must; familiarity with 3D design software is a bonus.
• Strong grasp of materials and manufacturing processes relevant to fashion design.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with colleagues, clients, and third-party partners.
