As Digital Marketing & Ecommerce Manager you will be leading a team and devising and implementing a strategy focused on accelerating brand visibility and increasing customer loyalty and sales through engaging content and activity. This is a role that blends creative with commercial, curating the brand story to engage and increase traffic and sales for the long-term development of the brand.
The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter eager to thrive in a growth-focused emerging brand. As Digital Marketing Manager you will be fully accountable for all cross-channel marketing activities, from creative campaigns and organic community to digital data and analytics.

Digital Marketing
- Full ownership of eCommerce channels (Shopify).
- Manage and execute digital marketing roadmap across all channels with a focus on customer acquisition and retention.
- Drive storytelling campaigns to proactively generate awareness, growth, conversion and retention.
- Manage budgets across all digital marketing platforms.
- Accountable for data-and evidence-based activities to scale growth and ensure profitability.
- Consistently optimize strategy across existing and new digital / performance marketing channels, (paid social, paid search, email, affiliate, web and mobile).
- Activate best practices in digital marketing across functions: SEO/SEM, Performance Marketing, Paid Social/Media, Data/Analytics/Tools, Web and Mobile UX including landing page and conversion optimization, etc.
- Continually analyse ROI’s, KPI’s and metrics across digital marketing channels and platforms, reallocating budgets and media mix based on results. Share insights and prioritize workflow.
- Optimize full-funnel customer journey and leverage data to unlock growth opportunities.
- Monitor the competitive landscape and position the brand at the industry forefront to drive growth and retention.
- Clearly communicate results against goals working closely with external agencies, Managing Director and Creative Director.
- Manage assigned internal team and external contractors/agencies including social media marketeer, photographer, stylist, video editor, developers and brand agency.
- Coordinator all relevant activity with global PR.
Creative & Content
- Develop and manage all digital marketing content to increase brand exposure and drive commercial KPIs, ensuring measurable results.
- Ensure the brand position and voice is consistent across all creative projects and platforms.
- Plan assets meticulously across seasons, campaigns and briefs.
- Be accountable for the on-time delivery of all related projects.
- Develop and be responsible for innovative, best-in-class creative content that lives and/or originates in social media to grow the brand with target audience.
- Collaborate with the team on process and best practice for consistent and personalised engagement with brand family - ambassadors, thought leaders, influencers, collaborators, content creators.
- Drive creative ideation and execution for content-driven campaigns and activations to deliver on marketing goals across different channels in accordance with brand positioning and customer segmentation.
- Drive loyalty strategy to build customer awareness and engagement.
- Ensure creative is compelling and consistently on-brand while clearly articulating core brand attributes and points of differentiation to drive sales collaborating closely with the Creative Director and Art Director.
- Elevate the brand's approach to video including IGTV, YouTube and TikTok.
Essential Skills
- Digital Marketing & Content Manager with 6+ years’ experience in Digital Marketing strategy and application, with a proven track record delivering acquisition, conversion and retention.
- Analytical and data-driven; motivated by growth opportunities.
- A strong command of the e-commerce environment.
- Experience-based understanding of the contemporary and/or sustainable fashion industry an advantage but not necessarily essential.
- Proven track record in successfully managing a marketing budget during a growth period.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels of the business.
- Ability to multitask and deliver to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable in assuming ownership, driving results and innovation; anticipating and overcoming challenges.
- Highly organized, flexible and hands-on.
- Accuracy and exceptional attention to detail.
- Skilled at assessing priorities based on impact, level of effort and bandwidth.
- Critical thinker and an effective decision-maker able to balance long-term goals with short-term needs.
- Excellent leadership and project management skills; proven ability to build, manage and scale a digital marketing team and to manage and oversee external agencies and contractors.
- Computer savvy including Shopify, Buffer, Google Analytics, Photoshop, InDesign, Paid Social Media, SEO, PPC, Planoly, Later, Microsoft Office, Google Docs.
