This Central London based opportunity is an extremely varied role, reporting into the Founder and Creative Director to drive the brand to its full growth potential. You will focus across all areas of digital marketing with a focus on social media, traffic generation, customer acquisition, conversion and retention using strong analytical and ROI KPIs.
Must have 3 years ecommerce experience (especially in social media) within fashion.
Create marketing campaigns and produce weekly reports to monitor performance across all digital channels.
Upload content to the homepage, partner website and blog pages of our website to coincide with the marketing calendar.
Undertake checks across the websites and marketplace partners to ensure agreed targets met or action taken to achieve agreed results.
Monitor the Facebook/Instagram/other programmes approving publishers and provide updated content to the channel on a regular basis.
Work with the creative director to produce relevant imagery for the social channels to ensure strong customer engagement and deliver agreed revenue targets .
Upload copy, images and cross-selling for all products ensuring information is accurate, detailed and consistent across the site.
Manage our market place partners by ensuing product feeds are accurate and orders are placed in a timely manner.
Visual merchandising of products across the website to drive engagement and conversion.
Monitor the competitive landscape and feedback analysis to wider team.
Ad hoc tasks to support the business.
3 years ecommerce experience (especially in social media) within fashion.
Highly analytical and organised, with a keen eye for detail and flexible with tasks given.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good time-management skills along with the ability to multitask.
Computer literate with excellent knowledge of Microsoft office.
An understanding of Shopify and Photoshop would be an asset.
