My client, a global luxury clothing brand is looking for a passionate marketer with excellent communication skills, at an exciting time in its growth phase!
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for identifying, driving, and delivering effective marketing campaigns to acquire and retain customers to the online business through new and existing channels.
The successful candidate will have a keen understanding of online brand marketing, alongside planning and communicating brand strategies through digital channels, with full responsibility of the marketing calendar. Reporting into the Head of Ecommerce, working closely with Creative Director & PR we are looking for an energetic personality, who is passionate about fashion & luxury products, who can own their role in a dynamic, fast paced, and entrepreneurial environment.
The Role:
- Responsible for online customer acquisition and retention
- Working closely with web agencies to optimise Conversion Rate and AOV.
- Responsible for customer journey optimisation and improvement
- Online customer database (CMS) Analysing and segmentation of clients to deliver continuous optimisation & growth. Devising a lifecycle communications strategy (post purchase, post-delivery, lapsed customer)
- Planning and delivering weekly newsletters according with Marketing Calendar in coordination with the company Buyer, Graphic Designer & Creative Director.
- Ensure the growth of social media engagement, brand awareness and ultimately traffic to the website through organic social media.
- Overseeing agency strategy and content exec
- Keep pace with search engine and PPC industry trends & developments.
- Developing and implementing a creative and engaging marketing strategy to build awareness around company’s strong brand values, via company events, brand collaborations, conventional PR and affiliates.
- Working closely with external partners to ensure a consistent multichannel approach to all online marketing activity.
- Coordinating of assets imagery and creating beautiful marketing campaigns of back of seasonal photoshoots,
- Working closely with our Buyer to make sure we are producing all Ecommerce Imagery needed for the new Campaign.
- Work with our trade and merchandise function to promote traffic to new products, key product launches and build a traffic strategy for site globally.
- Responsible to coordinate with the team the production of the ecommerce photography.
The Candidate:
- Experience in developing and executing marketing plans, writing marketing briefs and other strategic marketing documents (seasonal briefs).
- Persuasive communicator that understands how to effectively balance various points of view, influence others, and find common ground that drives meaningful results.
- Passion for the customer and retail/fashion industry.
- Strong Creative, Brand communications & project management skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to think creatively and analytically.
- High understanding of Klaviyo, Shopify, Mailchimp, GA & FB insights.
- Good understanding in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite)
- The ability to work individually and within a team, achieving deadlines with High attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
- Awareness of digital marketing trends and best practice.
- Flexible, team player with experience in leading a small, independent working team.
- 3-5+ years of related digital marketing & brand marketing experience
