Director of Retail

An exciting and rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced retail director to join a luxury retail group in Saudi Arabia. 
Within this role you will be overseeing the stores operations, managing the VM manager, sales managers and beauty managers. You will also be responsible for overseeing budgets, stock and driving the stores profitability. 

The role will involve:
•    Development of brand guidelines for the store, based on the 
        region
•    Oversee profit and loss, sell through across all channels 
•    Look at KPIs and drive them through the store 
•    Manage staff training, recruitment and development 
•    Work alongside the buyer on stock, looking at ways to increase 
        sales based on buying trends
•    Manage sales reports, working with the team to understand them
•    Work with marketing on events and social media presence to 
        reflect the customers values and wants 

The ideal candidate will have:
•    Previous experience within luxury retail, at director / senior 
        manager level
•    Commercial, with strong trend knowledge 
•    Confident managing budgets and working on strategy 
•    An effective communicator across the board
•    Pro active and able to motivate and inspire the team
•    Be able to relocate Saudi Arabia
