Here is a great opportunity for a driven Ecommerce Trading Manager.
This is a strategic and as well as a hands-on roll, with a celebrity driven sportswear brand.
On the strategic level, you will be:
-developing/re-shaping the digital business strategy along with the Directors
-creating and implementing a clear and concise Digital Marketing Plan & Ecommerce Strategy.
On the hands-on level you will be:
- increasing consumer traffic, brand awareness, profitable sales conversion and improving the consumers’ journey.
-managing the digital analytics and communicating key dashboard information to the senior leadership and management.
- ensuring the websites' features seasonal brand communications and product content are “of the minute” with fantastic consumer friendly copy and relevant social content.
- working with product template CSV files to bulk upload new collections via an API which links our ERP to Shopify to an agreed calendar.
-ensuring all digital supporting product assets and product technical information are readily available for uploading to an agreed calendar.
-managing the implementation of digital campaign assets in line with seasonal product launches.
-managing our Shopify Expert website development agency to ensure all the ecommerce functionality is up to date.
-growing the customer database and loyalty via CMS with support from the brands marketing teams.
This is a Full Time, Permanent role.
Salary: Up to £40,000.
