A new opportunity has arisen for a freelance sales director to join this high-street womenswear private label supplier on a temporary/freelance basis. This role is to start immediately, therefore ideal candidates must not be on notice.
This role is remote and travel costs covered for showroom appointments in London.
Successful candidates will have existing contacts with fashion retailers within UK and International high-street markets.
This business currently supplies to various retailers and brand in the UK, Canada, and is looking to expand to other markets. They are a multiproduct specialist covering product areas such as woven, knits, outerwear, etc. They can cover both small and large orders with short lead times.
Proactively sourcing new business opportunities through research and speaking with prospective companies.
Entering findings into their database and maintaining up to date notes.
Presenting findings to the team on a weekly basis (by video or in person)
Contacting new clients in new markets to expand the business.
Generating and converting leads into new business opportunities.
