Graphic Designer
As Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for the graphic design and artworking of all in-store displays, launch campaigns, windows and point-of-sale, working collaboratively with the wider design, merchandising, VM and retail teams. Reporting to the Head of Design.
The successful designer will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in Graphic Design specialising in-store displays, launch campaigns, windows and point-of-sale within the fashion industry supported by an up-to-date portfolio showcasing all relevant work.

The goal is to bring the fashion collections to life through exciting and engaging storytelling that captures the interest of the late teens and twenty-something customer and beyond.
This is a role in which you get to be truly creative inspired by seasonal collection themes and the latest social media and cultural influences.
Main responsibilities:
- Point of contact between the director and internal teams to ensure the brand direction aligns for all creative routes for new store rollouts and retrospective store fits.
- Evolve the activated influencer hotspots and elevate areas within the stores.
- Design graphics for hero hubs promoting key product.
- Link the collection storytelling for the menswear and womenswear collections with store graphics and displays.
- Promote sustainability including the use of fully recycled mannequins and recycled store materials.
- Creation and art working of assets for store launches, campaigns and new developments.
- Concept and development of assets for up-levelling existing stores awaiting refit aimed at improving customer experience and product displays.
- Develop graphics for bespoke displays, promotions, new collections, etc.
- Develop ideas for new stands and displays for new product launches.
- Rolling out the store designs across new stores.
- Working with 3D designers to ensure visuals represent the brand.
- Work with the VM team to zone areas, executing all artworking for in-store, point-of-sale and campaigns for print.
- Feed into the in-store team on the content of VM packs to ensure they contain all relevant assets.
- Create artwork files for store windows, POS and other store print materials.
- Liaise with store teams to give clear information and guidelines on product promotions.
- Collaborate on VM guidelines for new product launches and ranges.
- Maintain consistent standards and quality across all assets.
- Occasionally assist with graphic design for print for new product developments including packaging artwork and approvals.
- Store visits to see what is working well and where there are opportunities for newness or improvement.
Essential Skills:
- Graphic Designer with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a fashion head office specialising in graphic design for in-store displays, launch campaigns, windows and point-of-sale, supported by a strong portfolio.
- Advanced skills in Adobe CS with emphasis on Illustrator and InDesign.
- Creation of all print-ready artwork files.
- Proven track record in the timely delivery of assets.
- Highly organised with exceptional time management and prioritisation skills.
- Ability to prioritise workload and projects.
- Excellent communication skills.
