Mode Search are collaborating with a global fashion brand who are looking for a Head of Creative Operations.
- Constantly looking for improving ways of working and process
- Oversee the creative direction across all Brand assets on-line and off-line ensuring consistency across all touch points
- Work to ensure that Brand integrity is maintained and built upon through the right content, branding, graphics, imagery and shoots.
- Managing and developing talent- Creative Services team.
- Managing workflow and priorities of creative studio
- Developing visuals for the Advertising Campaign (printed and digital)
- Product Images and ecommerce photography, Branding
- Event & PR, Marketing printed material
- Working towards deadlines and driving teams to do so.
- Post production oversight and evaluation.
- Significant global exposure to the best practice development of major brands
- Significant experience of working within and developing a major global brand
- Significant experience of working and developing “on brand” marketing pieces with external agencies
- An existing portfolio of brand communication materials
- A proven Manager of creative teams
