Head of Creative Operations – Global Fashion Brand

Mode Search are collaborating with a global fashion brand who are looking for a Head of Creative Operations.

The Role: 

  • Constantly looking for improving ways of working and process 
  • Oversee the creative direction across all Brand assets on-line and off-line ensuring consistency across all touch points
  • Work to ensure that Brand integrity is maintained and built upon through the right content, branding, graphics, imagery and shoots.
  • Managing and developing talent- Creative Services team.
  • Managing workflow and priorities of creative studio 
  • Developing visuals for the Advertising Campaign (printed and digital)
  • Product Images and ecommerce photography, Branding
  • Event & PR, Marketing printed material
  • Working towards deadlines and driving teams to do so. 
  • Post production oversight and evaluation.

Requirements:

  • Significant global exposure to the best practice development of major brands 
  • Significant experience of working within and developing a major global brand
  • Significant experience of working and developing “on brand” marketing pieces with external agencies 
  • An existing portfolio of brand communication materials 
  • A proven Manager of creative teams 

Experience of working within different creative areas
