HEAD OF DESIGN - DRESSES

Working for this premium highstreet ladieswear brand you'll be a key part of the senior team managing the dresses collection from design and development to pulling the whole range together. Experience of managing in previous roles is essential.

Key duties include:
• Create seasonal mood boards
• Create new collections each season
• Develop colour palettes
• Produce hand drawn and CAD sketches
• Identify new product areas to complement the core collection
• Regularly review, analyse and be mindful of bestsellers

The successful candidate will
• Have experience designing for a similar brand
• Possess exceptional technical knowledge
• Be proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Be a clear communicator
• Possess a keen eye for trends and industry standards – deep interest in global fashion
