The company are looking for some inspiration and some strong leadership for an internal team of 2 as they look to build out a team from there.
What will you be doing?
- Designing and implementing the vision for the Digital marketing strategy across all platforms
- Management and guidance of a team of 2 (for now)
- Oversee the analytical performance metrics and KPI reporting
- Leading the customer data platform project
- Drive the creation of the roadmap for future digital enhancements
- Be the customer data and GDPR Guardian
- Ensuring the highest standards and innovation across all online platforms
- Drive SEO optimisations and education across the digital team
- Drawing insight for future digital projects that deliver long term, customer loyalty and continued online conversion and sales
Who will you be?
- A senior digital leader with experience in retail, sports, luxury or fashion (Ideally)
- An ambitious, driven individual on an upward trajectory
- Proven digital marketing team management
- Experience with Data & reporting/ Google Analytics
- Understanding of Automation Platforms
