Head of Digital Marketing – Luxury Fashion Brand

The Role: 

  • Develop and deliver the digital marketing strategy to increase our active customer base globally.
  • Build and deliver online customer acquisition targets
  • Evolve our digital marketing capability especially for SEO and Paid Social channels
  • Manage  digital marketing budget and build investment cases to drive additional growth
  • Maximise acquisition performance in all markets 
  • Lead, challenge and develop a growing digital marketing team 
  • Lead and develop new strategies to increase our customer acquisition at effective cost per acquisition
  • Work closely with the CRM team to improve customer retention for new and existing customers
  • Deliver exceptional online marketing campaigns 
  • Continually drive improvements in the performance of digital marketing channels utilising latest innovations
  • Select, manage and develop relationships with digital marketing agencies that support our digital marketing strategy

Requirements:

  • Currently leading Digital Marketing in an online fashion brand or multichannel retailer and looking for a new challenge with more responsibility.  
  • You will be highly commercial and entrepreneurial with a proven track record driving successful online digital marketing programmes internationally especially the US and Germany. 
  • You will have deep experience in all digital marketing channels and can develop and grow a digital marketing team with mixed levels of experience
