Head of E-Commerce Marketing
Our client is a successful and growing online retailer based in Leicester.
They are now looking to recruit an experienced marketing professional with a background in e-commerce to join their growing business.
As the head of e-commerce marketing you will focus on all aspects of digital marketing, strategy, delivery of new products and growth of online audiences.
You will integrate the digital strategy across the organisation and establish the road map for website/CRM development.
·You’ll be working in conjunction the wider business strategy team to direct digital and multi-channel marketing plans
·Tracking and analysing activity, monitor client competitors and confidently deliver recommendations
·Understanding different market/audience needs and be able to ensure relevant/fit-for-purpose output is consistently delivery
·Managing the development of customer journeys, personas and key messaging
·Using live and post-campaign insight to analyse and improve future activity
The ideal candidate will possess:
A strong understanding of e-commerce digital marketing principles, strategies and tools, ideally from a fashion, retail or similar business
·A solid working knowledge of Amazon and market places
·A proven track record in delivering successful strategies, ideally for B2C
