Our client is a luxury ecommerce business with a huge focus on providing an exceptional service to its customers. Working with beautiful brands including Chanel, Christian Dior, Gucci, Alexander McQueen and many many more, the business is now facing a period of impressive growth.
To assist in this growth, we are working with the business to help them secure a new Head of Marketing. The role will spearhead and execute all of the company’s marketing efforts with a strong focus on growth and performance marketing. The primary goal is to ensure that sales, retention and growth goals are met – or hopefully exceeded!
Reporting into the Executive Leadership team you will work closely with the other departments to ensure the brand positioning and sales campaigns all meet the required standards. You will also work closely with the CTO to ensure the platform is fully functioning and fully optimised whilst also creating and executing an effective CRM strategy for new customer acquisition. As the business is in its infancy you will also be responsible for the recruitment and management of your new team!
This is a great role where you will be at the front line of a business at a critical time. Previous luxury experience would be beneficial with growth and digital performance marketing experience being essential.
