Head of Marketing – Global Luxury Fashion Brand – 12 Month Interim (London)

Mode Search are exclusively partnering with a luxury fashion brand who are searching for a Head of Marketing for a period of 12 months. 

The role reports into the Marketing and communications Director and you will have a team of 4 direct reports. 

The Role: 

  • Oversee the global marketing team
  • Develops a brand strategy to elevate the Brand.
  • Champion new ideas and initiatives that are consistent with the brand identity
  • Influence communication and strategy between Ecommerce, retail and wholesale
  • Accountable in managing the overall marketing budget.
  • Develop and own the vision for product marketing.
  • Oversee end-to-end execution of qualitative and quantitative customer insight initiatives.
  • Lead the development and management of CRM database marketing analytics
  • Manage, motivate, teach and develop a team of Managers and Associates; 
  • Drive vision for team growth and organizational structure

Requirements: 

  • Minimum 5-7 years of marketing experience in strategic positioning, branding, demand generation, external communication and messaging
  • Excellent knowledge of the fashion industry.
  • A proven track record of delivering impactful communications strategies including offline, online, content and social media marketing strategies.
  • Experience in managing a team and people development.
