Head of Performance Marketing

This growing online boutique fashion business are now looking to appoint a bright and ambitious Head of Performance Marketing to join their team.

As Head of Performance Marketing the candidate will be responsible for the overall performance of the marketing team and for driving the growth of the business. The role requires strong knowledge / experience of online retail and the ability to lead a team that covers the full spectrum of marketing activities.  This role will be hands-on as well as leading a team.

The role requires someone who is experienced in driving growth in online retail and can deliver the key growth indicators such as driving improving LTV and CAC metrics.

The Head of Performance will report to the CEO and work closely with the COO and Finance to deliver business growth. Responsible for reporting marketing and growth performance to wider board of directors

Candidate Requirements

-Online Retail Marketing Experience

-Email marketing / customer segmentation / Retention

-Social Media Marketing Strategy & Techniques

-Paid Marketing Channels

-Knowledge of SEO / Organic techniques

-Experience of Managing output of copy writing & graphics

-Affiliate marketing experience

-Managing the marketing costs / CAC

-Experience of team management & development

-Proven track record of delivering in prior roles

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Head of Performance Marketing to join this flourishing team.

Candidates can be considered on a work from home basis but will have to travel to the Edinburgh based head office twice a week.

c£45-£60,000 depending on experience
