My client, a luxury and prestige global accessories retailer has a rare opportunity for a HRBP to join their London team.
This a proactive HR role that will require the successful candidate to support all aspects of HR including recruitment, L&D and employment law. You will have the opportunity to assist in helping the business achieve the objectives and develop their employees. You will have responsibility for other luxury brands within the business, so you will work in their London head office and also meet with key stakeholders in the field.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to formulating HR strategies; stakeholder relationship building; providing a systematic recruitment service; challenging organisational structures to reduce risk; advising on ER issues; up-to-date knowledge on employment legislation; coaching and identifying training needs and managing HR projects.
This opportunity will also be ideal for HR generalist at an advisory level looking for their progression into their first business partnering role. Your experience in a premium / luxury environment will give you an advantage to understand their clientele.
