This exciting HR role will lead and support a junior HR team in the successful design and execution of new policy - holding accountability for the head office function and ER within this division.
This is a rich and varied role that would suit someone who is excited by using data metrics to inform their decision making , lead on complex ER cases and would like variety and creativity in their role. Experience in using a HRIS is beneficial. There is a lot of scope for you to make this role your own and quickly become an integral part of the wider team.
To be successful the ideal candidate will come from a retail background or hospitality if there is an existing understanding of the lifecycle of retail head office functions, roles and dynamics. They are looking for someone with proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively, who works collaboratively, and is able to win hearts and minds in order to affect change.
