This established and much loved womenswear brand is looking for an enthusiastic HR candidate from a generalist background to assist across HR shared services which includes benefits, rewards & payroll.
In this role you will provide high quality support to the various teams in the business on a wide range of HR matters.
This is an opportunity to join the brand on a permanent basis and will report into the Head of HR.
This role will:
* Manage the HR shared services inbox, dealing with e-mail queries regarding holidays and payroll.
* All paperwork relating to the employee lifecycle, including but not limited to; contracts and contract variations, flexible working request outcomes, reference requests & responses and paperwork relating to maternity processes
* Processing Expenses and make payment.
* Manage HR and Payroll data on the Applicant Tracking System, Payroll system, Visio, Workforce Management, CODA, TMS and external provider websites.
The perfect candidate will have previous experience with HR from a head office perspective and bring onboard a can do attitude, ready to hit the ground running.
This role offers hybrid working with 3 days in their London office and 2 days remotely as well as 24 days holiday and potential 10% annual bonus!
