Key Account Manager (Kidswear)

Our client, Premium Global brand house, is looking for a Key Account Manager to manage and develop some amazing UK and German Key Accounts form Harrods to Karstadt.

HAVING EXPERIECE IN KIDSWEAR IS NOT A MUST.

Reporting to the Head of Sales your responsibility will be to help define and execute a sales strategy. Including but not limited to the continued growth of existing partnerships and securing new partnerships to maximise sales and profitability.

Working cross functionally you will maximise every partner’s ability to represent the company's brands in their business.

This role requires someone with an entrepreneurial approach with demonstrated ability to open new business with profile retailers.

Role Headlines

  • Deliver top and bottom line growth in line with budgets.
  • Manage and develop existing accounts with continued growth.
  • Launch brands across multiple retailers, in both UK & IRE doors and specified international regions, mainly Germany.
  • Market understanding and feedback to enhance company knowledge of premium adults and kids wear landscape.
  • Partner with customers to understand business objectives to maximise sales and profit.
  • Maximise company profits, set and deliver annual and QTR forecast, achieve annual sales targets.
  • Communicate to key stakeholders performance updates across account base.
  • Be a role model and ambassador of the company's core values.
  • You will be selling kidswear in the streetwear/sportswear market sector. More than 70% is girls kidsweswear.

Experience/ Qualification

  • Entrepreneurial mind set, supported by evidence of considered business decision making.
  • Strong demonstrable track record in sales.
  • Excellent commercial and financial acumen.
  • Established network of contacts across UK/International market
  • Good knowledge/contact in German market will be an advantage.
  • Experience in selling kids sportswear/activewear will also be an advantage, but not a must.

Salary:

Top end of the market rate (depending on the experience and track record) plus bonus.
