LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – Retail (Head Office / DC)

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced L&D professional to join a successful multi-channel retailer based in Manchester.

The role will consist of the design and development of training content for their head office and DC, working in partnership with the HR team to meet the needs of the business. You will build strong working relationships with key stakeholders within the company to ensure regular communication and feedback on L&D topics.

They need someone who is already at L&D Business Partner/Manager level and who is currently working for a retail or commercial head office. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and developing a strong L&D offering to employees and be approachable with the ability to influence. 

For this interesting and rewarding role, my client is looking for someone with strong communication and presentation skills and a self motivated personality.
