As Learning and Development Partner you will be responsible for inspiring teams, retaining talent, improving engagement and supporting employees in their career development, so naturally this role is looking for someone who can bring creative and innovate learning ideas to the table.
You will report to the Head of Learning and Development and work alongside two further L&D partners as well as a team of trainers.
Responsibilities include:
• Identify potential learning needs.
• Monitor the effectiveness of new learning methods
• Plan and design learning across multiple areas including technology, process, product and soft-skills.
• Work with internal stakeholders to support change
• Promote continual learning and development within the business supporting both the operations and support office teams
• Provide coaching and support on developing talent
You will have proven experience of working in a similar role within either retail or hospitality and be driven to succeed in your next role!
This role will see you travelling on a regular basis to different restaurants to gain a better understanding of training needs and to deliver learning via face to face sessions or online. You must therefore have a full driving license to be considered for this role.
This is initially a 15-month fixed term contract to cover a maternity leave and interviews are taking place imminently so please apply ASAP!
