An amazing ACCOUNT MANAGER opportunity for an established LUXURY BEAUTY brand!

Job Description:

-Responsible for business growth - utilising facilities and organising events
-Responsible for managing the team (training, development)
-Driving sales to meet targets and KPIs, as well as managing targets for the team
-Reporting sales and counter activity
-Stock management
-Managing rotas and holiday requests to suit business needs
-Keep visual standards of the counter
-Lead the team by example!
-Be a brand ambassador! Develop sales and awareness of the brand using both internal and external promotional activity
-Responsible for driving customer loyalty

Person Specification:
-Previous experience in luxury retail
-Previous experience in retail management, store management skills
-Organised and confident in reporting sales figures
-A passion for beauty and make up
-Demonstrates high level of customer service experience
-Confident and adaptable
-Good level and standard of UK/European education or equivalent
