As a customer service advisor based in the head office, you will have ideally had some previous experience of working in a contact centre. Excellent communication skills essential and a love for product and key trends a bonus. Experience using salesforce or similar would be a benefit. You will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and will demonstrate the ability to take ownership of all types of issues and provide an effective resolution and advice.

Base salary is £22,000 increasing to £24,000 after the first 3 months and with uncapped 2% commission on all sales.
