Marketing Manager

We are recruiting for a pro-active individual to fill the role as a Marketing Manager for a well-established Fashion brand. As a Marketing Manager, you will be working for a fast-paced growing womenswear brand with huge growth potential. This exciting opportunity is great for a self-starter who takes pride in their work, and is entirely comfortable taking ownership of the brands Marketing Strategy. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of Social Media (especially Facebook and Instagram) and have 1-2 years Fashion Marketing Experience. Being analytical and data driven is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure full functional synchronisation with the overall company strategy - markets, products and messages.
  • Brainstorming & planning all launches campaigns and events.
  • Assist with planning the roll out of seasonal and ad-hoc campaigns across all channels and ensuring all stakeholders are in the loop.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the audience and market.
  • Research customer data to provide clear customer insight.
  • Branding - ensuring consistency in how brand devices are used, and what the brand looks like
  • For each campaign, responsibility for the brief, concept and content development (working together with and taking direction from the creative team)
  • Develop individual country or regional marketing plans.
  • Create and manage the communications schedule for the Marketing team.
  • Develop and manage the overall marketing/content calendar
  • Working with PR agency on securing press and influencers
  • Working with creative team on photoshoots
  • Working with the Merchandising team to ensure products are launched on the website.

Social Media:

  • Creating the strategy for, as well as managing the execution of all social platforms (key focus on Instagram)
  • Growing our social media followers and reaching key growth and engagement KPI’s
  • Creating and posting daily, brand-relevant, Instagram stories/posts, including jumping on trending topics and conversations that are brand-relevant
  • Working with our Head of Marketing on content curation and creation across all platforms
  • Working with our copywriter to ensure content reaches our communications pillars and is engaging
  • Pro-actively suggesting changes to improve all communications channels
  • Researching social media trends
  • Pro-actively engaging with followers/ brands/ fashion editors/ press on social media
  • Monthly reporting

Email Marketing:

  • Working with the CRM Exec to define the yearly campaigns and comms calendar
  • Making sure all CRM activity is on brand and executed.
