In this role, you will play a crucial part in planning, controlling, and monitoring the purchase, intake, and distribution of merchandise across stores. You will work closely with the buying team to ensure products are in the right place at the right time, driving both sales and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieving sales, margin, and stock targets
- Monitoring OTB to ensure stock levels align with sales demand
- WSSI forecasting
- Developing and managing range plans, working closely with the supply chain to oversee product flow
- Providing analysis of both previous and current season performance
- Contributing to the development of strategic plans that align with the broader business objectives
We are seeking a candidate with strong commercial planning skills, a proven ability to make informed decisions, and excellent communication skills across all levels of the business. Advanced Excel skills and a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in merchandising, allocation, and replenishment are essential.
