Merchandiser

On behalf of this leading retailer, we are looking for a Merchandiser to join their growing team. This Merchandiser position is a new role created due to growth and recent physical expansion.

The Merchandiser will be accountable for:

• Maximising sales by preparing budgets and sales, profit and stock targets, monitoring performance against key indicators, deliver trading plans and develop a markdown strategy to reduce old stock and drive trade
• Planning and building ranges with an understanding of the market, contributing towards to product budgets
• Reviewing sales and stock forecasts to ensure stock levels and managed in line with trade
• Coach and develop a team

This is an exciting opportunity for a Merchandiser looking for their next position, and who thrives in a fast-paced role. The Merchandiser will become a key member within this lovely and rewarding Head Office. For the right candidate further afield, this can be a hybrid role.
