This fantastic new role takes responsibility for all fabric buying as well as managing the merchandising planning process with the factories and working with the buying team to ensure production runs smoothly. You'll also be instrumental in implementing new processes for the business.
A good knowledge of fabrics, particularly woven/formal/tailored product/sportswear and premium fabrics is important.
If you are process driven, able to understand and analyse merchandising processes and implement change, this role offers great autonomy and a work environment where you can really contribute.
The role is based in Northampton but there is flexibility to work from home 2-3 days a week.
