We are assisting a well-established brand recruit a Merchandising Admin Assistant working on ladies multiproduct.
The responsibilities of the Merchandising Admin Assistant will include:
- Respond to the product and store trading information but allocating stock to stores accordingly
- Meet regular deadlines allocating stock, getting products shipped and launch dates to name a few
- Maintain strong communication with the buyer suppliers
- Liaise with the in-house buying team and attend frequent meetings together to build and purchase ranges
- Devise trade packs for the team first thing every week
The Merchandising Admin Assistant will report into the Assistant Merchandiser and proactively help and support therefore quick-thinking and confidence are attributes that are desired.
Other desired skills of the Merchandising Admin Assistant are to be adaptable within an evolving environment, show trend awareness and above all have a positive work ethic.
