Merchandise & Brand Manager – 12 month FTC

This exceptional business that pride themselves on developing top talent within both the music and sport industry are seeking a merchandising and brand manager. You will be joining a dynamic and collaborative working environment, with a real passion for innovation and creativity. As the merchandising and brand manager you will be responsible for managing and developing the merchandising strategy, to support with maximising opportunity across online and various other channels.

Key responsibilities include:

· Work with the Senior Management team to develop and drive the brand and merchandising strategy across all channels both in the UK & Internationally

· Highlighting future risks and commercial opportunities and actioning your findings

· Offer solutions focused on trouble-shooting

· Oversee product development; to ensure the product range is logically and commercial, aligning with the brand

· Develop strategic product planning solutions to ensure co-ordinated products provide sales growth

· Work across a number of projects throughout the year, focused around newness and events

· Ensure consistency of brand visual identity across all platforms
