Merchandising Manager

A growing furniture brand based in central London is looking for a merchandising manager to manage its merchandising team. This company prides itself on its handmade products that are designed to last.

As merchandising manager your role is to oversee the planning and trading process, to deliver the key goals of the product strategy and to review the current merchandising processes and systems, proposing changes to drive efficiency and profit.

Key Responsibilities Include:
•Ensure a commercial range is built across all categories to hit key KPIs
•Responsible for achieving intake margin KPI
•Ensure the merchandising strategy is set to deliver company strategy
•Review financial sales and buy plans for all categories
•Challenge Monday trade pack and analysis and review actions
•Manage capacity across supply base and ensure product briefs are directed to most relevant supplier
•Oversee the OTB and buys
•Provide leadership, coaching and direction to immediate team
