FitFlop is now a ‘Digital First’ business and our own .com sites (UK, USA, Canada and EU) form our largest and fastest growing sales channel. There is now a significant opportunity for us to grow our digital B2B revenue globally by evolving our more traditional business model.

This approach is leading us to strengthen our digital business to deliver our core principles (choice, accessibility, availability, value, connection) to consumers no matter where or how they shop. We are building our in-house capability to deliver the right produce at the right time to the right consumer in the right way – her way. To make this successful we are building a value chain (from range planning to production to brand engagement) to meet her needs.
In the role we’re looking to truly define and then grow the e-commerce business we drive through carefully selected online partners including Amazon, Shop Direct and Next. The role will be critical for the successful growth of the UK business, being accountable for a significant share of the UK turnover.
You’ll be an established National Account Manager with experience managing online accounts (Amazon is a must!!) and growing your business. You’ll be a WINNER, driven to exceed your individual and our company number with the knack of building and maintaining amazing relationships with your accounts as well as your colleagues. As we continue to drive our brand messaging across our channels, you’ll also be a guardian for how we ‘look and feel’ across our online accounts, working with our digital teams globally to maintain consistency across our campaigns.
