Office Administrator : The Role
- Responsible for all admin duties, supporting the Office Manager and MD in their roles as well as providing general admin support for other team members when needed.
- Work with confidential reports and information.
- Schedule meetings.
- Meet and greeting all visitors to the office.
- Manage daily postal collection and maintain office supplies.
- Run necessary errands.
Office Administrator: The Candidate
- Proven experience in a responsible administrative role is essential.
- Previous experience handling confidential information
- The successful candidate will have a confident, trustworthy and hard-working attitude.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Able to work autonomously and use own initiative.
- Able to be discreet whilst handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Happy to work within a team and provide a key supporting role.
- Troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
