Office Junior

My client is a British Interior and Product design company with a reputation for delivering outstanding international residential projects. They are seeking an Office Junior who will be able to own all the administrative duties for this fantastic business. This is a years' contract with the potential to become permanent. 

As an Office Junior you will be responsible for:
- Designing and maintaining the office filing
- Greeting clients and vendors upon arrival and direct them to appropriate contact
- Maintaining office supply inventory
- Creating, editing, and updating spreadsheets
- Retrieving documents and files when requested
- Assisting HR with administrative duties e.g. collating time sheets
- Reading and routing incoming mail and process outgoing mail
- Processing Directors expenses
- Processing contractor payments
- Making Bank payments
- Scheduling travel arrangements for senior executives as well as clients, when applicable
- Assisting in Project procurement
- Dealing with customs and other relevant documents on projects
- Adhoc tasks relating to admin
- Maintaining IT 

Office Junior experience required:
- An understanding of the design industry 
- Superb communication skills
- Personable
- Great attention to detail
- Good IT skills
