We are looking for an Operations Admin Assistant to join a leading retail and wholesale fashion distributor. You will be responsible for supporting the outbound operations and customer service teams by ensuring order data is accurate and maintained. You must have strong organisational skills and be a natural multitasker. Experience in B2B or retail operations within the Fashion industry is essential.
Key responsibilities:
- Take ownership of order deliveries to wholesale partners and agents.
- Coordinate the inbound team to ensure timely processing of orders and stock availability.
- Schedule deliveries with key wholesale accounts
- Provide excellent customer service promptly and professionally
- Maintain delivery schedules
- Update customer details to ensure thorough communication regarding updates
- Collaborate with other departments and external partners to resolve service requests
- Conduct regular stock takes
- Coordinate returns and manage credit notes
You must have:
- Knowledge of all MS office programmes
- Understanding of ERP systems
- Previous experience of retail and wholesale processes with Fashion or a similar industry
