PA - Design Team

A new opportunity has arisen for a PA to support this luxury retailer's design team on a temporary basis, likely for a couple of months. 

The company is a well-known British retailer that sells popular products within the market.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Organising meetings and booking meeting rooms
  • Helping the design team to prepare for key meetings and presentations
  • Sample management
  • Organising model bookings
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy studio
  • Managing studio budgets
  • Supporting with diary and agenda management
  • Processing expenses in line with company policy
  • Booking travel including flights, hotels and taxis for the design team and when necessary supporting with travel itineraries and visas
  • Raising POs
  • Performing general studio administration duties
  • Organising events
  • Distributing post
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks needed to support the team

The successful candidate will have prior experience as a PA and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
