Part time Quality Assistant

Are you a recent fashion graduate looking to start a career within garment technology?

A lovely menswear fashion business in central London is looking for a part time Quality Assistant / QA Assistant to join their team in London. The role will involve 

• Quality Control:

  Inspecting garments and products to identify defects or discrepancies, ensuring they meet quality standards. 

• Sample Evaluation:

  Assessing samples for accuracy, fit, and overall quality, providing feedback to the production team. 

• Fabric and Materials Inspection:

  Checking the quality of fabrics, trims, and other materials used in garment production. 

• Reporting:

  Documenting quality issues and reporting them to supervisors or relevant personnel. 

• Compliance:

  Ensuring adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and customer requirements. 

• Collaboration:

  Working with other teams (e.g., design, production, sourcing) to improve quality and efficiency

The role is part time, 20 hours a week and will suit a recent graduate looking to start their career in fashion technology or someone with a bit of experience looking for part time work to balance work and life.
