The role will be responsible for:
·Review timesheets liaising with Department Managers to resolve any issues
·Update payroll information for new starters, Leavers and Contractual Changes
·Deal with payroll queries and management of Payroll Mailbox
·Management of the company pension schemes in relation to the enrollment of new starters, update of contractual/personal information and preparation of the monthly payment files for Line Manager to review and submit
·Work with the HR Assistant to ensure all HRIS is maintained
·Support the HR Director and Payroll, Compensation & Benefits Manager with Ad Hoc duties
