Product Developer - Footwear

Established in 2013, Fairfax & Favor has grown into a multi-award-winning brand at the forefront of British Luxury Fashion. 

We are looking for an experienced Product Developer for this new role supporting our Footwear Design Team.

Our head office is based in Narford, Norfolk.

Part-time and flexible working will be considered, but 2 days in office minimum will be required.

The primary focus of this role will be:

• Supporting the development critical path process for Footwear
• Assisting in the sourcing, testing and sample ordering of materials and components
• Managing the prototyping process with factories
• Managing fit comments
• Working with factories on costings
• Visiting factories intermittently to keep critical path on track

Requirements:

• 3 years minimum experience as a Product Developer within Footwear
• Good knowledge of fit essential
• Advanced knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office is essential, particularly Excel
• Able to work independently without supervision
