Product Manager

The role

       • Work closely with the designer to develop each product collection, ensure coherence and clear pricing strategy
       • Bring in ideas and inspiration to advance the product range around new items
       • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors (store visits, show participation, desk research) to stay up to date
       • Source new materials and components
       • Adjust collections based on feedback from sales, customers and reporting around sales, return rate, cost and contribution margins
       • Act as intermediary between the procurement, design, suppliers, sales
       • Control the timeline from first product idea to production and launch
       • Ensure a smooth production process by working closely with manufacturers in Asia
       • Create all relevant tech sheets for production

Your key characteristics
   • Previous experience in product development, ideally in the fashion or textile sector or a premium brand
   • Entrepreneurial mindset
   • Well-developed project management and communication skills
   • Feel for trends and commerciality
   • Very good MS office skills, especially Excel
